satans.in presents the services and work of SatAns Production. Content is provided for information; project scope, timelines and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement, not by this website.
Proposals and engagements
A proposal you receive from us is valid until the date shown on it. Accepting a proposal through the link we send confirms the scope and investment described in it; payment terms, revision rounds and timelines are those stated in the proposal.
Client portal
Portal accounts are personal. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that are misused or that pose a security risk.
Intellectual property
Website content, our brand and our portfolio remain the property of SatAns Production or the respective clients. Rights to deliverables transfer to a client as set out in the relevant agreement, typically on full payment.
Liability
The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, SatAns Production is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
