Who we are
SatAns Production (“SatAns”, “we”) is a creative design, digital marketing and technology agency based in India. Contact: satansproduction@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Contact form and enquiries: name, email, phone (optional), company, the service you’re interested in, budget range and your message. We also record the page you arrived on and any campaign parameters in the link you used, so we can understand which channels bring genuine enquiries.
- Client and team portal accounts: email, name, role and the records you create while using the SatAns OS portal (projects, files, invoices, messages). Access is protected by authentication and per-company isolation.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) used for security, rate limiting and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you commission, run the client portal, send transactional emails (for example a proposal link or a password reset), keep the platform secure, and improve our services. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The client portal sets strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in. Your browser’s session storage may hold the page you arrived on so the contact form can attribute your enquiry; it is cleared when you close the tab.
Service providers
We host on Vercel, store portal data on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and send transactional email through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry data is kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record keeping. Portal data is retained for the duration of our engagement and as required for accounting. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing satansproduction@gmail.com.
